Four Tier Choc Cake

Hello earthlings ! Last Sunday, I was home the whole day. The only place I went to was the playground in Riana Ukay and worked out using the awesome Space Walker and Mini Ski. Since I didn't go out on Sunday (this is actually quite rare) , I had some me time. So I decided to watch the teevee.

Lucky me, Junior Masterchef Australia was on, the episode which they cooked duck and baked chocalte cake (Y) . It was my first time watching it, and I fell in love with the show instantly. With the 'cheflings' too. They look so innocent, soooo cute. But when they cook or bake, they don't look their age. Gaah they're incredible !

Their second task was to bake Donna Hay's Four Tier Chocolate Cake. The cake looks scrumptious. Here, see it for yourself.



It's beautiful right ?!

I was really inspired to bake that cake. I mean, since the lil ones were able to bake it, why can't I, right ? Hihihi. That's what I thought. So, I baked it the next day (Monday).

Sadly, my cake didn't turn out like the picture above. I think I had to double the recipe. Oh well, there's always a first time for everything :)

So here's my version of Donna Hay's Four Tier Choc Cake :D



At first I hated it. I was so disappointed in myself. Hah. But then I tried to eat more and more. It was okay. Definitely not my favourite choc cake. Nothing beats Mum's choc cake. But I'm glad I tried it anyways. Had lotsa fun baking it ! :D Also, at least mummy and shamin liked it ;)
